When you book an appointment with Lumen Dental, you agree to the following:

• Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
• A valid phone number and email address must be provided for appointment confirmations and reminders.

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

• Treatment plans and cost estimates are provided before any procedure begins.
• Installment plans may be available for qualifying procedures. Terms are subject to approval.
• All fees quoted are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to adjust fees for services rendered in the event of unforeseen complications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
